Stephen Russell is Founder and Co-CEO of R&A and a global executive with over 35 years of experience across cybersecurity, technology risk, and enterprise governance.
He served as Global Chief Information Security Officer and Head of IT Risk at Citigroup, responsible for safeguarding the firm’s global technology environment and overseeing enterprise cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. He later led Cyber and Technology Risk practices at PwC, advising major financial institutions on complex regulatory and operational challenges.
Stephen works closely with boards, regulators, and executive teams on cybersecurity, regulatory response, and large-scale risk and technology transformation initiatives.

Dimitri Londos is Principal and Co-CEO of R&A and a global financial services executive with three decades of experience leading risk, regulatory, and advisory businesses.
He previously served as President at S&P Global / CRISIL, overseeing a global organization of more than 6,000 professionals and driving sustained double-digit revenue growth and margin expansion. Earlier, he built and led the global Risk Management Consulting practice at Genpact, was a Partner at PwC, and held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, including Global Head of Basel Risk & Technology.
Dimitri advises boards and executive leadership teams on regulatory remediation, enterprise risk strategy, and complex transformation initiatives.
